Sponsorships

Sponsors help to offset the costs of coordinating this global week of action, including paid organizer roles; web hosting and design; and event materials like brochures, stickers, and more. 100% of sponsorship fees are allocated to the Week of Visibility, helping to ensure the success and sustainability of this impactful movement week of action!

Sponsorship Benefits

Sponsors will be recognized in the following ways:

  • Elevated logo/link placement on the Week of Visibility homepage

  • A dedicated thank-you post on OPEN’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and X), including sponsor logos and links.

  • Acknowledgement of all sponsors by name with link in at least one full-list email from OPEN

Sponsorship Fees

  • Annual budget <$400k: $150

    Annual budget >$400k: $300

  • Coaches, therapists, podcasters, etc.: $200

  • Annual budget under $200k: $250

    Annual budget $200k–$500k: $350

    Annual budget $500k – $1M: $500

    Annual budget >$1M: $800

Guidelines

We require sponsors to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Your group, business, or practice must have a sincere commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive space for everyone, regardless of their non-monogamous identity or practice, or other identities or factors including gender, gender identity, sexuality, age, race, religion, or ability.

  • We encourage everyone – sponsors or not – to make a lot of noise around Week of Visibility. We also note that the Week of Vis is a shared movement activity, co-created by participants. We therefore ask sponsors not to use language such as “brought to you by …” when messaging around Week of Visibility.

  • Because we are not able to vet the consent and safety standards and practices of on-premise sex venues or events, we are not able to accept sponsorships from these groups. We do welcome these groups’ participation in the Week of Visibility for Non-monogamy overall, and they are encouraged to sign on as endorsers!
